                 DEFENDANT ACQUITTED: A jury yesterday found a Jacksonville man
                 not guilty of possessing cocaine in a neighborhood targeted by an anti-drug
                 program.

                 Dewayne Kee, 19, was arrested May 5 in the 1000 block of Brady Street on
                 a failure to appear warrant. Kee was charged with cocaine possession and
                 tried in federal court under a program targeting high crime areas.
